Hello,

My name is William Arceneaux, and I am the president of the Louisiana Foundation, established in 1990 to support CODOFIL, mainly through scholarships for Louisiana students and teachers.

I have visited Namur several times, and I am proud of our exchange program with the University of Namur.

I would like to extend my congratulations to the City of Namur for this magnificent mural, and I am pleased that our foundation was able to contribute a little by helping the artists from Lafayette who created this beautiful fresco.
